The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

Stayed with Zenia the week of the College World Series, very much enjoyed my stay. My private area was spacious and comfortable and Zenia made sure I had everything I needed, even switching out the towels without being asked and making sure to ask any time she needed to go in to my private space. She was neither overbearing nor distant - she was approachable, easy to talk to, and kind. I enjoyed meeting her family and dog Ava, and chatting whenever we were both around. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the market for a budget-friendly option in Omaha.

Very comfortable and clean. It is located in a beautiful location by a lake, pretty close from Omaha’s Downtown. They were super nice and friendly. It’s an amazing detail that they give you snacks and tea.
