Apartment with a superb view of the lake, right in the heart of Menaggio and a 3min walk from the ferry departures. Very nice on-site parking but attention for small car (type SUV or sedan not possible). Well equipped, very clean, and quiet apartment. Baby cot and high chair provided by Marco, everything was perfect for our stay with our two daughters 4 and 1.5 years old! Marco is a very responsive and available host. Self check-in by key box. If we have to return to Lake Como, we are definitely staying here again!

Very nice apartment close to the lake

The apartment is really beautiful, modern and location is great. Close to the lake promenade, silent and super clean. Antonio was always responsive and friendly and we loved our experience in Como. Definitely recommend! Thanks Antonio!

Start the day with breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun overlooking the lake and ducks. Access to the lake with public wooden jetty and bathing ladder. At the end of April, search for a parking space is very straightforward. We had a great stay.

Very clean and an amazing view over the lake

Lara was an excellent host and was very clear with the instructions to the property and how to get in. Lara also provided Gluten Free snacks and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival which was nice. Property was clean and tidy and was very short walk to everything in Como. We had a lovely stay thank you Lara.

We had a wonderful short stay at the lake. Great location of the apartment, wonderful view. Downstairs is a bar and separate restaurant. Huge free parking. The lake is about 50 meters away. The nearest grocery store is 600 m away. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even more. The purpose of some things we didn't understand. But they are there. The apartment is furnished with good taste, everything is in its place. The bed is comfortable. Bed linen is of high quality. A towel and a minimum cosmetic set are also included in the price. A normal bathtub, a good shower. Lots of options for walking, biking, walking, with a dog. One time at night, a herd of deer came in. More than 10 individuals. Fantastic sight. Very high quality and pleasant accommodation. I would love to come back in the summer.

Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

This Airbnb was hands down our favorite stay for our entire trip to Italy. very very clean, absolutely beautiful, and a great host to boot! There are a few excellent restaurants within walking distance. the locals are great as well. The view was amazing. We truly didn't want to leave.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment in Tremezzo on Lake Como. The location is perfect: quiet yet in close proximity to numerous restaurants, bars as well as the ferry coasters and the fantastic botanical garden of Villa Carlotta – all within walking distance. The apartment itself is superbly equipped, tastefully furnished and immediately conveys a sense of well-being. We particularly enjoyed the small, separate garden, which offers privacy and gives a magnificent view of the lake – ideal for relaxing. A note for those arriving by car: the garage belonging to the apartment is a big plus, but the path leads to an extremely narrow and steep alley. Here, driving skills are in demand, not for faint of nerves. Overall an absolutely recommended place to stay for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful regions of Italy!

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

This place was like heaven on earth. Waking up to that priceless view was something else. The property was 12/10. Giulio was the best host anyone can ask for. Very helpful and responsive! All in all, I’d go back there any chance I’d get, and whoever is reading these reviews to get a perspective on how it all went, you will not be disappointed, your only regret will be not booking it for longer!

Bobby’s place is in a unique, gorgeous location with a great view. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was very well equipped and Bobby clearly made an effort to make us feel welcome.

Great location, great host!

We spent a week family vacation with 2 toddlers in Caslano. Thanks to the well-equipped apartment including many toys, we felt right at home. Pamela gave us great tips for restaurants and excursions!!

Very pleasant experience on Lake Maggiore. Alberto's house made us feel at home, so much so that we preferred to have aperitifs on the terrace overlooking the lake rather than outside. very nice decor, very cheerful, equipped with everything you need even to cook. Wonderful terrace with super view! quiet location perfect to rest but with the village within walking distance. Very convenient parking.
