House holiday rentals in Ascona

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was amazing. Perfect for 6 girls to relax, the pool with its view is a 10/10. The kitchen was fully equipped. Hannes was a great host making sure we had all information we needed. Definitely coming back again. My recommendation: pack light and in smaller bags, you have some steps to the house. 😅

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes' drive from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

We spent very nice and relaxing days in Casa Medusa. Hostess Giada was extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean, the furnishings very nice and you felt very comfortable very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

A magically beautiful place in the Centovalli. The Rustico is furnished with great attention to detail and welcomes you with the charm of an old Ticino farmhouse from 1791. Communication with Stefano worked very well. Thank you for this wonderful week.

Everything was tip top - highly recommended!

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Super easy to reach, super clean, super location, super nice and super fast felt at home. Our little dog Tari was also delighted and welcome. We will be happy to come back anytime.

A well hidden gem in the mountains, this historic rustico that is so beautifully located and attractively decorated. Upon arrival, we felt right at home, and every day we enjoyed the various hangouts and views, and the beautiful trips that can be made from the house. Armin was quick to respond, had good tips and is very welcoming. Highly recommended!

We had the best week at this beautiful home. We are so happy we were able to stay here and will definitely want to stay again if we can come back to Varenna. We spent 2 weeks in the lovely holiday home of Jenny and Ivan. In a quiet village at the top of the mountain. A road with beautiful hairpin bends to the top. Beautiful and green surroundings with beautiful views. The house is large with 3 floors. A nice large kitchen with everything you need for cooking. 2 pellet stoves that warm the house wonderfully when it is cooler in the evening. 2 large terraces overlooking the mountains and terrace downstairs. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed the tranquility and beautiful surroundings. Thank you Jenny&Ivan, you are great hosts

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you also for the warm welcome and the tips. This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

Catalda and Sergio are very sweet, good and welcoming hosts. Any questions and any ambiguities will be communicated quickly and well. This from the warm welcome to our departure. Casa Felice is truly a "gem" that they have built and decorated with taste. The house is spacious, cozy and clean. The well-equipped kitchen is large, as well as the bathroom. The view of Lake Maggiore is breathtakingly beautiful. The artist village of Ronco where Casa Felice is located is small, particularly nice and very quiet. While in Cannobio, minutes away by car, you have many facilities. In this cozy and lively place are many restaurants and 2 supermarkets. Casa Felice deserves a big 10 from us!
