My family and I spent two weeks in Donatella 's house and we had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views. It was a good starting point for visiting interesting places , like macerata , sarnano, lago de fiastra and several beaches. We enjoyed the house and le Marche!

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve in this beautiful mountain apartment! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the ski slopes and the Zeta Chalet. The house is large, cozy and always well heated, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Everything was impeccably clean, and the newly renovated interiors give a modern and comfortable touch. We immediately felt at home and appreciated every detail. Experience to repeat: we will definitely be back!

Very nice and quiet. Only 3 cars passed by in one week. Nice pool, beautiful view, huge garden and the house is very well equipped! Supermarket is nearby. 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

It was the most wonderful holiday and especially we want to highlight the surroundings and in the house but also Frediano who was in charge of helping us with contact with restaurants, etc. He helped us a lot, and since we were a larger group of different families, we also had different needs so that had to be adjusted from time to time. We can recommend a stay here at any time, we felt completely at home and want to come back in five years. Thanks to Frediano again, you were a huge help to us!

We stayed at Marco's place for three nights with our family of five and our dog. We felt very comfortable. The farmhouse with the natural stones and the open wooden beam exudes a very pleasant atmosphere. It is very spacious and well suited for a larger family The area with the many populated hills is unique. Marco was very accommodating and helpful. The Sibillian mountains are just a stone's throw away, we made two beautiful hikes to the Lame Rosse and the Infernaccio gorge. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house and peaceful area. Our Problem with a broken door was solved quite quickly By the owner himself. We didn’t miss anything and the house was good Equiped, perfect for ten adults. Only the trash and recycling topic wasn‘t communicated totally clear. We would love to come back!

Slept really well there. It’s quite and the bed was super comfortable. All in all a great flat + the parking space makes it even better.

Paolo is a kind and responsive host, and was also helpful with any questions I had. The place itself is very peaceful, with good light, and located close to the sea and nearby Pescara as well. Paolo lent me a bicycle during my stay, which was a big plus, as this made it easy to travel to and from the city. I enjoyed my stay very much, and would recommend the place to anybody wanting a peaceful stay near the sea, not far from the mountains, and also close to the city.

Her attention and care for her guests made us feel at home. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend time in Terminillo, whether as a couple or with family or friends. The apartment exceeded all expectations. La Casa del Cervo is cared for to the smallest detail, the furnishings are in mountain cabin style, made with fine wood supplies, refined fabrics and an efficient lighting system. Entering the Casa del Cervo is a leap in time with a superior level of elegance and comfort. The living room is spacious, the kitchen is functional and equipped, thanks also to the presence of a fireplace, the house is a magical place to spend unforgettable evenings. A large smart TV and a Wi-Fi connection complete the picture. La Casa del Cervo is within a quiet and reserved area but at the same time 150 meters from all the services of the area. We'll be back
