Enjoy nature 400 meters from the central square of Ascoli. You can get to the center with a walk. House with garden overlooking the river and the Papal Paper Mill. A quiet and peaceful place. You will be greeted by the warmth of the rustic environment of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone masonry.
