The windows overlook the rooftops of Pesaro and the terrace is a small gem where you can spend summer evenings with family and friends. Winter days, on the other hand, will be brightened by the fireplace. The spaces retain the typically Italian flavor, thanks to the terracotta floors and the ancient Marche doors. The house is surrounded by shops, bookstores, restaurants, and is a short walk from a supermarket.

Quiet air-conditioned studio in the historic center of Pesaro, bright, with kitchen, hallway and bathroom, located on the second floor without an elevator of a building consisting of a few residential units. In the apartment there is a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a double sofa bed (140x200) with a mattress 18 cm high. A single folding bed or a Foppapedretti cot is available if required. In the bathroom with a window there is a large shower, a washer, and a dryer.
