Located on a quiet street with low and colorful houses, the apartment is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 3 people. The environment offers an intimate and refined atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach (700 m) or a walk in the historic center (450 m). The property has a veranda and a small outdoor area. In the surrounding area you will find all the essential amenities.

La Canocchia - House on the harbor

La Canocchia is a small fishermen's house overlooking the harbor. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including washer-dryer, induction cooktop, hot/cold heat pumps, dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, the center and all the essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and double bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax €2/person/day to be paid on site).
