Edith was a professional and very helpful host. Her apartment is on the harbour marina close to everything It is quirky and has very modern decoration. We had a great time walking to see some wonderful sights. We ate out a couple of times and food was very good and fine value. We visited the Aquarium and the Maritime Museum, both of which were interesting and informative. We took advantage of renting the apartment's underground parking space. This was an excellent decision as parking can be challenging. The boulangerie underneath the apartment sells great produce, especially breakfast pastries.

Listing that is fully as described. Super well located on the old harbor, close to everything to do everything on foot. Very nice discovery of this city of La Rochelle with a good crush. The apartment is great, clean quiet and Patrick communicates easily and was very accommodating! See you soon!

Very good stay in La Rochelle in this apartment extremely well located for a weekend for two. Listing totally as described, clean and functional. Complicated access upon arrival due to festivities in place in the city but Lucas was available upon arrival. Thanks to him! I would recommend it!

Had a great visit. The accommodation was very clean, well arranged and decorated, very quiet, with quality amenities. Great for a wonderful night. I was able to park my car right outside the entrance to the building. Since the accommodation is on the second floor of the building, you have to pay attention to the stairs when carrying your luggage, especially downhill. The entrance is self-contained with a code key box. I had a little trouble finding the lockbox, as it is located near the floor and not at face height. But once I found, I was able to pick up the keys without any problem. I would this property.

Very nice apartment located in the city center with a magnificent view of the port of La Rochelle. The apartment is spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room. The terrace is also a big plus. Clear and fluid communication with the concierge. We will be back!

The welcome was warm and the owner very responsive and attentive to our needs. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was functional, and the overall atmosphere was very nice. Ideal holiday accommodation for families of Aiguillon. The presence of barbecue equipment, washing machine and a few consumables allows you to enjoy your holidays quickly and quickly. Melanie takes is very responsive if you have any questions.

We stayed with 6 adults, a three-year-old and a 4-month-old baby. Warm welcome. Spacious house as described. Tree garden. Both beaches are nearby and you can walk there very easily in a few minutes. Comfortable bedding. The two terraces are really a plus to have your meals outdoors or relax in peace. We recommend it unreservedly.

Excellent stay in Isabelle's house, quiet by the channel and at the same time in downtown Boyardville. The house is very well equipped and Isabelle is very considerate with her hosts. I particularly recommend it!

Fabulous location. The view from the balcony was outstanding.

Very nice apartment: very nice sea view on 2 sides (from the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedrooms) Quiet neighborhood and about 20 minutes from the center of La Rochelle on foot by a pleasant path. Possibility also to take bicycles at the city terminals about 5 minutes walking away from the apartment. Very nice stay for us with beautiful weather!

Great accommodation, great location, welcoming, there is everything you need, the place and quiet and peaceful with the sea view it was great. Sébastien is great, very responsive, very good relationship, very welcoming. A great host with a great place to stay is a great place to stay. We'll be happy to go back!
