Holiday rentals with a patio in Ars-en-Ré

We spent a weekend in this accommodation with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in accordance with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained arrival. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well placed to discover the city on foot. I highly recommend it ☀️

Beautiful apartment, clean, carefully decorated, well-equipped and close to the centre. Instructions for our arrival were clear and accurate. Charlotte has always been very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

Family weekend with children. Very nice house, heated pool to perfection, kitchen with generous equipment, top bedding, beautiful decor. We loved it, and Alison was very responsive when we had a question. We'll want to go back, that's for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvie's. Everything was luxury, calm and pleasure! A fantastic family moment! We loved this house! Functional, bright, friendly and with this wonderful pool!! The location couldn’t be any closer to the market that happens a few times a week. We love that we can park the bikes outside the flat without any fear of them disappearing. The terrace is private and a sun trap. The master bedroom is a great size with plenty or ventilation and the kitchen has everything one would need. There are some amazing restaurants within walking distance and free parking a few blocks away. The beaches are all less than a 10 min walk. Overall, the village is super quiet and tranquil and the flat is perfectly positioned to take advantage of it.

We had a great weekend with the family in Charlotte's house, the accommodation is clean and tastefully decorated. We were able to check out later than the scheduled time on Sunday due to the availability of the accommodation, the host is pleasant and flexible. Small negative: as mentioned in previous reviews, the exteriors are not quite consistent with the photos. The front of the house (with the sandboxes in the photo) is a little abandoned, we found it a shame because we were coming with children, we expected to find them.

The stay went very well, the house is ideally located in the city centre and allows you to do a lot on foot. The house is impeccable and very functional, with a barbecue and a small courtyard. The host was very welcoming and flexible with departure times. Just a small downside on the bed and house linen that is not included, for 3 or 4 beds it is not very practical and it adds a certain cost to the rental. I would recommend this house!
