Had a wonderful holiday with the kids. Reception by Isabelle and Eric was very friendly. The house has all the comforts and the location is perfect for discovering the island. Village and shops are minutes walk and within a few minutes bike you are on the lovely beach of Le Bois Plage. Thank you!

The accommodation was simply the best! The photos are beautiful, but once you're there it's even better. There is all the necessary equipment to have a good stay and the bedding is very comfortable. The person taking care of the accommodation is very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for the stay.

A fantastic property with plenty of room to be comfortable and relax fully. The outdoor space is fantastic for groups and provides both daytime and evening capacity. The inside of the house is nicely turned out and offers plenty of room for even larger groups; kid-friendly too. The only frustration with the property was the outdoor shower by the pool, which didn't work properly. However, as we had one of the bedrooms spare (which was by the pool), we could get the kids washed off there instead. The local area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful; enough amenities to be self-sufficient in the house, as well as enough restaurants and evening venues nearby if you want to venture out. Overall, a wonderful place and a wonderful property - merci beaucoup Joulia!!

We had wonderful holidays in this little cabin right on the sea – the location is fantastic and exactly as described. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. The cabin is really very small, with rather modest storage space. Due to its location in the forest and near the sea, the humidity is noticeably high, which is also noticeable in the interior. There is a typical, slightly earthy smell as you know it from old, damp houses. The cleanliness was absolutely fine for a house of this kind and location. However, if you have a very high standard of hygiene or perfection, you should be aware that it is a simple, natural accommodation with lots of charm. A highlight for me was the bedroom: small but wonderfully harmoniously furnished – with an excellent mattress without these unpleasant, plasticized mattress covers. I have rarely slept so well in an Airbnb!

Beautiful home in Loix. Walkable to town center for the market, restaurants. Loix is quiet and peaceful and the busier villages are easily accessible by bicycle. Pool is lovely. Would happily stay again!

Kasia and Anthony's house was perfect for our weekend with friends. The land is huge, well maintained. The pool and terrace are very nice. And the rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding. The house in its looks is really tastefully decorated and we would have stayed a little longer! We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. Great stay at Clément and Caroline's house. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Several outbuildings provide privacy, the pool and garden are beautiful. The house is in a small hamlet 10 min by bike from the Cotiniere, which works very well! The only downside is the neighbors are close by. Communication with hosts was very easy and pleasant, check-in and check-out was flexible. We loved these 3 days, we recommend eyes closed.

Very nice family stay with good weather, everyone enjoyed the safe pool for children, very clean rental with three bathrooms with shower, so no waste of time waiting for everyone. Marie-Noelle is a very warm and welcoming person. I recommend the rental, because it's very quiet and close to shops.

We stayed in a group of 8 for a week in winter in this very spacious and comfortable place. The reality is even more beautiful than the photos. The house is nestled on the edge of the forest, you can walk through it to access a very beautiful sandy beach. The vast outdoor space is certainly very pleasant in summer. A big thank you to Michel who gave us a warm and efficient welcome. If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable and quiet house, don't hesitate!

Our stay at Emilie’s place was great! The house is very clean and modern with a lovely garden area which was perfect for our little one. 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Lovely quiet town which was walkable from the house. Great location to get to nearby towns. We couldn’t use the pool unfortunately due to it being very cold, I would be mindful booking this time of year again as the heating was not on in the pool. Would have been great to have this. Emilie was a great host, very responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We would come back again as a family for sure. Thank you for having us.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Pascale and Laurent's beautiful, very well-equipped and characterful home! A perfect place for a family gathering, with spacious and comfortable living spaces inside and out to chat and relax and the sparkling pool and table tennis table for a little light exercise! The fascinating historical port city of La Rochelle is less than half an hour away by bus and the Atlantic with access to coast paths is nearby. We enjoyed a visit to the Sunday market in the square in Nieul sur Mer followed by un petit cafe en terrasse at the inviting and friendly Bistrot de la Place. We much appreciated the possibility of an early check in and Stephanie, Pascale and Laurent's local agent, was most helpful as well as friendly and welcoming, responding immediately to any queries we had. Merci beaucoup!!

Great weekend with friends at Sabrina's. Beautiful house, welcoming and accommodating host. Close to the center of La Rochelle by car or bike. No complaints, we'll be back!

Very nice place, pristine, clean and cute decor -ideal for 4 people and max two children. 6 adults would be a little cramped. Very good for people with reduced mobility (this was our case). Quiet and relaxing environment, friendly neighbors (there is a little opposite the accommodation being new and therefore the plantations too). Excellent communication with Stéphanie very responsive and available. Pool of a nice size, but too cold, if really heated it would really have to increase the temperature- it was the only thing that made me put one star less at value. Otherwise, thank you for this beautiful holiday.
