The house is located in a condominium in the noblest and most beautiful place in the city, Pontal do Atalaia. It has access to a large beach through the back of the condominium, by stairs. In addition to being a charming and special place, it has a pharmacy, hospital, restaurants, bars, nearby market. Guests will have free access to the beach called " As Prainhas", this is well crowded, with limited access, in addition, they will not pay the parking for the beach. Guests will have direct contact with the owner .

Here, the view is breathtaking, because we are at one of the highest points in Cabo Frio! Our pool is a spectacle (only on our property - only 2 chalets) and Peró beach is just 13 minutes from here. Our accommodation is SMART, with connection to Alexa and TV connected to the main streaming services. Surrounded by preserved forest, you will experience very quiet days, relaxing in the hammock, pool or sofa. And the super Maldives breakfast can be served in the room or pool (contracted separately).

I rent a house in Arraial do Cabo, 30 meters from Prainha, where you can sleep listening to the waves of the sea. Street water (good quality) is not a well, very quiet place and without car traffic, so you can enjoy the day a lot, get home and get some sleep. It has kitchen utensils for 6 people (pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses) It's a privileged location. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. It does not have its own parking space. P.S. The house matches the amount CHARGED.

The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds.
