Holiday rentals with beach access in Arraial do Cabo

As I told Lisandra... she has a beautiful apartment!! The best location possible, very well equipped, it has everything you need to spend a perfect vacation!! We'll obviously be back!!

We had a great stay! The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean. "The view is incredible!!!!! The only point was the flushing of the bathroom from the suite, which was not working well, but as there is a social bathroom, it didn't bring us any discomfort. Communication with Heitor was easy and quick — I had to change the date urgently and he was very helpful. Adriano, who received us, was also super friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Arraial, I want to stay there again!

Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

Our stay in this apartment was excellent! We highlight the comfort of its internal layout (we were a family of 5 members, a married couple with 3 teenage daughters) the comfort of 4 bathrooms was spectacular. All the furniture was modern, everything was very clean and well ordered. I'd like to point out that it had everything you need, especially a washing machine and clothesline, which was great for our 15-day stay. The most beautiful thing? The spectacular view from the balcony to the sea!! The best sunsets in Arraial! The convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach is fantastic. In addition to the practicality of having everything on hand (supermarket, pharmacy, food outlets, etc.) Desiré was very attentive and answered our questions immediately. Mr. Sillas (manager) excellent willingness to answer any questions, very attentive and cordial. The apartment has managers at the entrance who were extremely kind. CONCLUSION: we highly recommend, without a doubt if we return we will stay there

My experience was excellent! The house is very good, exactly as in the photos, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is a big plus: everything is very close, especially the beaches, which are just a few minutes away. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back again. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The house is absolutely charming and was impeccable when we arrived. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, which made us very happy. The host, Amanda, and her husband were extremely attentive and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We felt very comfortable the whole time. I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

My experience at Casa Athens was excellent! The house is exactly like in the pictures — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A highlight aside is the wonderful view of the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the Host was very considerate, helpful, and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend the stay and undoubtedly I will return on an upcoming visit to Arraial do Cabo!

Excellent stay in Arraial! Excellent views and comfort. The apartment looked just like the photos and was in impeccable condition. Extra point the best beach in Arraial (Pontal do Atalaya) just 5'by car from the apartment.

Our stay was wonderful. The container is super well equipped and with simple chic decor. Very charming and welcoming. Bruno was attentive at all times that was requested. We left there with the desire to come back !

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back
