I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

The price-quality ratio is very good. From the first moment, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. We moved by car and the distances were accessible: both the center and other beaches were about 15 or 20 minutes away, which allowed us to explore easily. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is impeccable, everything wonderful, super well-equipped, clean, we love it! It has a yard, which was perfect for our dogs. There is a market and restaurant next door and it is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Nadieli's apartment is exactly like the ad, we were well received by his assistant who showed us the parking space in the garage, handed over the key and presented the apartment. The apartment is very clean and organized, the employees of the condominium very helpful. I thought the whole complex was very organized and clean. I recommend the accommodation and will definitely be back.

We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes check-in and check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). In the living room there is a TV, and right on the balcony there is a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. Overall, access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!

Great location, with excellent sea views and easy access to restaurants, pharmacies, the market and the dock to visit other beaches. The apartment was clean, organized, with everything you need for a quiet stay. The condominium facilities were good. We were greeted by a very friendly employee, who answered all our questions. Only the check-in was not as we expected, since we went by taxi to the condominium and it was not allowed to enter to get us closer to the building, so we had to drag the suitcases to the apartment from the entrance of the condominium. Otherwise, it was a good stay, I recommend it.
