Seu Mauricio is by far the best host you can have : attentive, proactive, kind... It made my group , which included two children and a small dog, feel at home. It took care of us and all the details of the house for us. The house is very close to the beach of Peró , so it is possible to have the leisure perfectly without a car, even with chairs, cooler and kkk children The house is extremely equipped and serves a family with children and an animal as was our case. There are wi-fi running in every room, the showers are great, barbecue. Both the street that gives access to the house and the surroundings are very quiet. César super receptive, from the reservation on the site to the always available checkout, gave tips on what to do in the city, places to go, the house confers with the description and photos (comfortable beds, Tv, equipped kitchen and internet works super well). The condominium is otimo, parquinho, pool (with heated water), super quiet for family. The location of the house is excellent in front of the large beach, for walking. I recommend 10/10. I will come back.

The location is the high point, a few steps from the sand of Praia do Foguete. The house is huge, great pool, barbecue, plenty of space for all guests. The host has answered us very quickly whenever we need it. Just need a renovation in the bed and bath linens. It would go easy back and stay even longer, if you could.
