Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. On about 50 square meters, this bright & light-flooded apartment in the apartment house Belmont offers space for 3 people. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there is a full bed in the spacious living-dining room, which also invites you to read and relax as a daybed during the day. The daylight bathroom with toilet and shower can be accessed from the small hallway of the apartment. On the attached terrace you can enjoy the Arosa mountain sun.

The friendly rooms with lots of wood and noble materials make the comfortably equipped apartment a highlight. The large windows offer an impressive view of the mountains and nature. The ski area Prätschli, with connection to the entire snow sports area Arosa/Lenzerheide, can be reached in a few minutes.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Modern and comfortable 2 room apartment located on the 6th floor of the house «Alexandra». The residential building is well situated at the entrance of Arosa with bus stops and a supermarket just around the corner as well as a delicious pizzeria in the same building. The lake, train station as well as the cable car station are reachable within walking distance. Please note that this apartment is not suitable for small children.
