The apartment is located 1750 m above sea level Very easy to reach by train via Chur (1 hour) (5 minutes on foot from the train station). Approximately 3 minutes on foot to the Obersee and the Untersee (swimming lake with a beautiful wooden bathing area). Everything is electronic, including the toilet. Parking on the premises may be available on request. There is also a public car park and a multi-storey car park nearby.

Our 3-room apartment in the Belmont apartment building convinces on 80 m2 with ingenious design and furnishings. The great kitchen with its adjoining living and dining area forms the central element of the apartment. Each bedroom has a large double bed and a daybed. The two bedrooms each have their own newly renovated bathroom with a spacious rain shower, stone floors and underfloor heating. The balcony to the south side extends across the entire width of the apartment.

The newly renovated studio is ideal for 2 people & is located right in the center. Close to shops, mountain railways, the Badi & the train station. Thanks to the small kitchen & the small dining table, the place is also wonderful for home office and a break in the mountains. Spacious and bright 4.5 -room apartment located on 2nd floor of a residential building along the main road of Arosa but situated in the more quiet back part of the building. It’s a modern, comfortable and lovely decorated apartment that offers spectacular views of Arosa. The terrace offers a wonderful mountain view, and the fireplace gives place for cozy evenings together. The ski lifts, bus stop and lake «Obersee» are only a few minutes’ walk away.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
