The apartment is 1750 meters above sea level Very easily accessible by train via Chur (1 hour) (5-minute walk from the train station). It is about a 3-minute walk to Obersee and Untersee (lake with beautiful wooden bathing area). Parking space available at the house on request. There is also a public parking lot and a parking garage nearby.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Stylish 2.5-room attic apartment in a quiet location in “Innerarosa” with perfect access to the ski school and Kulm gondola (150m walking distance). The apartment has one bedroom plus s sofa bed in the living room and an open kitchen. The balcony offers a great mountain view. There is no elevator in the building. It is only 200 m from the house to the bus station and the bus takes you comfortably to the Weisshorn and Hörnli Express trains.
