Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela", Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. The ski area Prätschli, with connection to the entire snow sports area Arosa/Lenzerheide, can be reached in a few minutes.

The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 3 children or max. 4 adults. The 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor is conveniently accessible via an elevator. The living room and bedroom have access to the balcony. The balcony is sunny and the view of the fantastic mountain panorama invites you to linger. It is only 200 m from the house to the bus station and the bus takes you comfortably to the Weisshorn and Hörnli Express trains.

It has one bedroom with a small sofa bed and a living room with another sofa bed. The open kitchen offers every comfort for culinary cooking. The bus stop, the supermarket, various bars and restaurants are right on the doorstep.
