Delightful flat in a very quiet block. Flat was immaculate throughout, nicely furnished to give everything we needed without being cluttered. Location is wonderful with an easy and beautiful walk into the city from the flat through the park. Lots of great restaurant choices.

The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Everything was available in the house that we needed. Ryan was always available if needed and his instructions/communication was always very clear. Very close to shops, restaurants and lovely local areas to go walking if you wanted too. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and we will use this property again when visiting the uk. Thanks Ryan for allowing us to stay at your property 😊

Staying at Joel’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home — as if we were staying at a friend’s cozy retreat rather than just a rental. The studio itself is even better than the pictures; they truly don’t do it justice. It’s bright, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Joel was a fantastic host — responsive, kind, and welcoming. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the Lichfield and surroundings!

Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet but also ideally located for me to visit family and friends scattered within a twenty mile radius. Everything is there, in the the cottage, for your convenience. If I could make one suggestion however, for people like myself who have travelled from overseas, a small drop of milk to make tea on arrival would have been lovely. Such a tiny detail though and certainly did not detract from a lovely stay!
