The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Cabin in the Woods, 10 minutes to Bartlesville

Our guest cabin is set on 20 wooded acres in the Osage Hills at the end of a private gravel road. It feels completely isolated, but it's only 10 minutes to downtown Bartlesville, 20 minutes to Pioneer Woman's Merc, and an hour to Tulsa. There is a full kitchen, living area, and full bath on the ground floor, with a queen and twin bed on the 2nd floor. There is no TV to interfere with the quiet, although WiFi keeps you connected. We live in the main house and are always available if needed.

Enjoy walking our property, playing with our kitty 'Oreo', or napping in the hammock......a perfect couple's getaway!

If you like a little extra in your travels, you're welcome to our 1300 sq. ft. Guest Home on a 17 acre setting just 35 minutes from downtown OKC or 20 minutes from Weatherford OK. Secure location with a gated entry and some quiet scenic country but just a short drive away from the action in OKC. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a family with children. NO parties or large groups. No more than 6 people on the premises.
