Holiday rentals with breakfast in Arkansas River

The house was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved being able to park our SUV in the garage. Since we were visiting OKC in May, it was comforting to have the storm shelter readily available.

The rooftop patio and cleanliness of the space is the star of the show here. After a long day of travel, sitting outside and watching the sunset from the patio resets all the batteries. The bathroom is so chic and clean. I took a picture of the tiled floor because I could not get over it. The space, bed linen and bath towels were pristine. The couch looked worn and faded compared to the rest of the space. I did appreciate the clean cushions on the outdoor chairs! There were some sweet and welcoming touches. If you put the address in your gps, it will take you to the front of the house of course. But you need to be at the back of the house, in the alleyway, to find the white box to park in. If our travels take us though Kansas City again, this will be my top choice.

This is our MOST favorite place to stay in Rocheport. Shelley makes you feel like family without being intrusive. The BnB is the best kept secret around.....we literally spend a ton of time on the patio- the view is so wonderful. Always highly recommended!

This charming spot is perfect for a small family reunion! The hot tub was a real highlight, and making s'mores by the fire pit was such a fun experience. Couples will appreciate the ample privacy, and the location is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, allowing for leisurely mornings with late breakfasts. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. It’s just a short drive to Branson, where we had a blast driving go-carts and laughing at the hilarious murder mystery dinner theatre. King was incredibly responsive and helpful, making it easy to get in touch with any questions. Overall, a fantastic getaway!

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Centrally located to many restaurants and shopping.

Incredibly close to NSU! Very beautiful backyard with a creek and outdoor area. The Airbnb literally has everything you could need inside during your stay. My cat accidentally got out of the kitchen window and took a vacation in the woods for a week and Nick and Katja were incredibly supportive of helping me find her and even coordinated with local neighbors to help surveil for her and thankfully she was found :) other than the cat escapades, it was a great stay - especially if you need to be close to NSU.

Very nice spacious home. What set it apart is the bedding was very comfortable compared to most Airbnb. I would stay again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this adorable home! I have lots of family all over Springdale/Fayetteville and Caitlin’s place was only 7 min down the road from my brother’s home off Habberton! It was the absolute perfect location and as soon as I walked in the front door it brought back so many childhood memories! It was absolutely perfect! And the homemade apple butter in the fridge just made it even better! Thank you so much, Caitlin for letting us stay in your home! We will definitely be coming back, hopefully soon!

Very clean and well maintained, very clear instructions

Tania’s place was clean and cozy. There are train tracks about a block away with the occasional train coming through, but I didn’t notice it to be too much of a bother. I would certainly stay here again.

Holly was immediately responsive with answers to a few questions I had. walkable neighborhood with coffee and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfy. I would certainly stay again.

Hillside Hideout was the perfect little escape! The studio was cozy, clean, and incredibly well-stocked. Everything from toiletries to snacks was thoughtfully provided. You can tell Tiffany put a lot of care into making guests feel at home. The bed was super comfy, and the whole space had a peaceful, tucked-away vibe that was just what we needed during our vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! Carol was great at communicating directions and check in instructions. Also sent me some info on the crazy weather which was helpful because we are from North Carolina and not used to Texas weather!

This property is a two-bedroom log cabin on the owner's farm North of Monte Vista, Colorado in the beautiful San Luis Valley. Very private, and interior done to a high standard.

Super cute home, close to the fairgrounds, beds were comfy, kitchen is well stocked. Marina is responsive and it was a seamless checkin/checkout. Would stay again!

Robert and Ingrid were gracious hosts and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Their place is cozy, clean and tucked into the mountains. It is located right near Manitou Springs, which we visited several times and loved. They recommended the lantern tour at Cave of the Winds and it was a fun, memorable experience. Very much enjoyed the novelty, comfort, and serenity of this farm home. Very quiet, peaceful, homey and comfy with lots of amenities, including fresh homemade bread and (if the hens are not on strike) fresh farm eggs. Hosts are A+ in responsiveness and proactive with communication (an 8” snowfall came just 3 days before our arrival, and we received timely and helpful status reports about road conditions). Were in town for a February wedding this time but would love to return in the summer or fall!

The house is awesome, it was very comfortable for four people, everything worked and the place was super clean. Very happy with the stay.

Susan was an amazing hostess! It was great getting breakfast delivered each morning. The food was delicious….. especially the chocolate chip cookies! Would stay here again!
