Jacuzzi Suites are the size of a hotel room with the privacy of a woodsy cabin. Our suites the perfect way to spend a romantic getaway. Each suite has a queen pillow-top bed, a sitting area, a Jacuzzi for two and a small deck with a stunning view of Beaver Lake. No kitchens; however, each one has a coffee bar w/ mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Each suite has its own private boardwalk entrance to ensure privacy. We have 3 suites attached to the office building. No pets allowed in the suites.

Ozark King - A Private Suite with Eclectic Charm

The Ozark King is a super cute, attic-like suite situated on the top floor of a 1920s Victorian home. It has a private entrance with a king bed, fireplace and romantic jacuzzi tub for two. It offers a snack and coffee station with mini fridge & microwave. There are no shared indoor spaces with other guests. Guests should be aware of 3 short sets of stairs to get up to the top floor and there is limited leg room in the restroom for extremely long-legged persons (manuverable but worth noting).

The Black Monarch was re-built after a fire in 1899 as a brothel, casino, and saloon. It is a storied slice of Victorian era Americana , nestled in the beautiful Rocky Mountain gold rush city of Victor, Colorado. We have remodeled two single-story historic homes into several patio rooms with thick adobe walls. hand-hewn vigas, custom Talavera tiles and saltillo tiled floors. Most of the patio rooms have enclosed private outdoor patios however, rooms 15, 16 and 17 share a larger outdoor courtyard. If you require a private patio please let us know. Our patio rooms are available with King, Queen or 2 Queen-sized beds and have microwaves, refrigerators, free coffee, and guest robes.
