There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

A family friendly beach is just down the path through the blueberry shrubs. Parking 10 metres from the cottage. Fishing opportunities coalfish, mackerel, flounder, haddock. Great hiking areas in Raet National Park nearby. 1 km walk to a very nice café: Bjellandstrand Gård. Only whole weeks.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Cozy for the summer holidays or if housing is needed for short-term stays throughout the year.

Moderne hytte med sjøutsikt og alle fasiliteter, på Vessøyneset, mellom Arendal (10 min) og Grimstad (10 min). Bygget i 2015, med 4 soverom, 1 bad og stor, åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning. Romslig terrasse og kort vei til Norges fineste strender. Grimstad og Arendal byr på sørlandsidyll, kafeer og kulturopplevelser. 3 parkeringsplasser. Gode bussforbindelser til både Grimstad og Arendal. Kristiansand Dyrepark ligger kun 35 min unna med bil.

Cabin on Tromøya with beach line + jetty

New high standard cabin (2022) especially nice and sheltered location. The cabin is located a few meters from the sea and Raet National Park and has its own beach and jetty. It has a lot of patios and good sun conditions. Access: The property is located at the heart of Hovekilen, by Sandum bridge. There is a private road through the neighboring cabin plot to parking at the property, which is about 10 meters away from the cottage.

On our idyllically located small farm we rent out the guesthouse. Great view to Vatnebuvannet. Own sandy beach and possibility to borrow a canoe or boat for recreation or fishing.
