An apartment of 10! Right in the centre, close to everything, spacious and bright. Charming, just like the owners, super attentive. We would definitely repeat!

Very nice and cozy place. Very nice owners and guardians upon arrival and checkout. We were allowed to stay longer after checkout. We brought coffee as a gift. Everything was great

We absolutely loved our stay at VistaMadrid. We had a brilliant time using the pool and the interior is amazing. We loved having meals outside on the terrace and chilling by the pool. The house was equipped with lots of great amenities, and 14 min walk from a supermarket. Easy to find & Fransisco was very welcoming and responsive to any queries throughout the stay. Only downside was the bathroom situation in the loft, as there was no door, just a privacy screen, but we made it work. We struggled with 1 tea towel, so would recommend more. And the decking is uneven and a hazard (my mum did fall & hurt herself). Overall, it was a great stay, and well represented by the pics and description from the Airbnb site. We even managed to check out a bit later due to our flight time & Fransisco being so accommodating. We had a brilliant extra day by the pool, which was very appreciated! Thanks so much for being brilliant hosts, we would definitely stay again!

The truth is that they were very nice and helpful, both Diana and Brian. On behalf of my whole family, we appreciate the treatment, as if they were family. We had a very pleasant few days.

In general, everything was perfect, Diana and her son Bryan attended to us and everything was perfect. It is true that there are some rules but in the end you are in someone else's home and it is normal to want to keep it as tidy and clean as possible so it is totally understandable that there are rules. The communication was 10/10, always attentive and a very quiet place, although with gossipy neighbors hahaha. Overall, it was a very positive and fun experience. Also emphasise that despite the fact that our group has done some damage and broken some rules. Bryan and Diana took care of it very kindly, they are very good hosts.

It has been wonderful to rent this house. The service was unbeatable: easy, fast... As for the house, it gathers everything we were looking for: a perfect and well-kept garden, swimming pool, barbecue, and an interior that did not lack anything. I would recommend to any user to rent this house to Jose Ramón.

A beautiful house with great modern design features. As a large family we felt very at home and the house had everything we needed for our holiday to run smoothly. The pool was fab. Gemma was really attentive and answered queries very quickly. Only a 30 min drive from Madrid, water park and very close to local towns for bars and eating out. You definitely need a car!

it has been a pleasure to spend one night by gema and cristobal. warm welcome, the house is fabulous, in a very quiet place.

Pablo and his team were very friendly and helpful. Our room and bath were nicely designed and spacious, but there were still many cosmetic things from previous tenants on the shelf. The bathing facility is out of date and showed rust stains in many places. The whirlpool was not functional. Shower was ok. The small balcony to our room could not be used because it was full of foliage. For this, we were usually able to use the garden for ourselves. The sun loungers were usually temporarily repaired. The pool was filled with water, but covered with a tarpaulin. Pool use was not foreseen until July according to the description. The property was not very well maintained, in many places there was high uncut and withered flower pots. In previous years, the house and property were certainly a great place for a large family. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The kitchen had everything, but not very well maintained.

Very responsive host and a large, beautiful house! Love the design. Surely do come with a car because it is at a quiet suburb quite a distance from city centre. But, good thing that there are restaurants and supermarkets within reach of a short drive. We also went to Masha’s recommended breakfast place- the churros were great!

i felt at home from moment zero , both Bethlehem, as Alba and as her endearing mother Meritxell...a wonder the Chico of the cleaning is really hard working and polite... I went for exams at the European University of Madrid and if I had to go back , this would be the place

Very nice, just like the description and photos. Very attentive to what I needed and at the same time very respectful of my space. The house is very nice and clean. I found it a little difficult to get to the places of interest from there because the bus does not pass so often and there are no shops that are so close to walk. I think renting a car would make mobility easier from the point where the house is located. The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful. The nearest supermarket and restaurants are a 30-minute walk away.
