Clara was so helpfull with finding a restaurant in de midde of the chaos during the huge electral⚡️ blackout on the 🇪🇸 iberic peninsula. Madrid was totally disconnecred. Clara even brought us milk 🥛, toast 🥪, meat, 🍗 cola beer 🍺and wine 🍷just in case of a long persistend problem. Fortunally the shutdown ended after 10 hours. We had a lovely dinner 🥘🍕 on the grand plaza with her during the blackout. During the 4 days she gave us many tips. Leaving madrid; we even got dryed ham and mancheso cheese as a goodbye present. 🙏 Clara; we enjoyed our stay in your convenient appartment 🏚️ Thank you for all your efforts. Lovely apartment in an ideal location, particularly if the sun’s out and you can use the balcony. The apartment has everything you need and is thoughtfully decorated. Ludovic was brilliant. He accommodated our early check in and late checkout and was great throughout, as was Karolina. Highly recommended!

Our stay here was everything we hoped for. This was our first stop out of three, and it couldn’t have been in a better spot. The flat was beautiful, comfortable, and within easy walking distance to everything. Quite literally, you walk out the door into the history of Madrid and a street full of delicious tapas. What else do you need? I’ve already told friends to check it out if they’re heading this way!

This loft is very nice and comfortable. There's nothing missing. The terrace is too beautiful with all plants, sofas and table! You can't hear traffic outside at all even when you're on the ground floor. Alvaro responds quickly and the access instructions are clear and easy. Recommended!

The accommodation was very near the sights to see in Madrid. It is only space for one, as described. Everything you need is at hand. María is very understanding and easy to work with on check-in. The city is quite walkable, and has terrific metro! I very much enjoyed my first visit to Spain. Be sure to give the full address when using Uber/Bolt.

we spent 3 wonderful days in Madrid and it's also thanks to this place and Angel who was an impeccable host. Located in a location from which you can quickly reach all the main attractions of Madrid on foot, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator and this is perhaps the only small defect I can find it. Although it is not a very large apartment, it is complete with everything you need: equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with a window, with attention to detail, clean sheets and comfortable beds. Angel has been an available, precise, kind and punctual host since booking. He took care to make our arrival and departure as comfortable as possible and even in the Blackout situation on April 28th, unable to contact us by phone, he was concerned about our situation and available to help us. I recommend this place 100% We'll definitely be back

We enjoyed our stay in Madrid and the great central location and pleasant flat was a big part of it. If we come again we would stay here.
