The apartment has a high standard, is on the ground floor and has a large terrace overlooking the forest down to Lake Åresjön. With a fantastic location in Åre Sadeln with ski in/ski out to Åre's entire ski system. Here you also have walking distance to the cross-country trails and Björnens center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rentals. Walking distance to Åre Riding Club/Riding Hall where there is the possibility of horseback riding in a fantastic environment.

Welcome to Tegefjäll Enbäret Panorama! The apartment is located high up with a magnificent view from the terrace over Åreskutan. It is ski-in ski-out and a nice and cozy newly-built apartment (completed in 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll's and Duved's lift systems (they are connected) are just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks, tents and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. The snow racer and the sleds are free to borrow:)

Högt upp i huset med utsikt och balkong mot Åresjön. 250 m till lift, 150 m till tåg samt 300 m till centrum med restauranger och butiker. 1 parkering tillhör lägenheten utan kostnad. Här bor ni perfekt i Åre alla årstider oavsett om ni vill åka skidor, cykla eller vandra och njuta av naturen runt Åre. Fina vandringsmöjligheter i Åres närhet. Utbudet av nöjen är oändligt med flera bra restauranger, shopping och äventyrsbad och SPA för barn och vuxna.

Den ligger precis ovanför nya Restaurang Sadeln och intill Åre Sadelns sittlift Sadelexpressen. För att nå Åre by skidområde är det bara att ta Sadelexpressen upp och sen åka över. Ski in/ski out direkt utanför dörren. Från balkongen har du utsikt över Renfjället och skidbacken. Det finns braskamin och bastun i lägenheten. Egen parkering och Wi-fi ingår.
