Secluded & unique location with proximity to the village

Here you live secluded with nature as the nearest neighbor, watercourses with waterfalls outside the window and a large plot for outdoor activity. All this only 3km from Åre village. Generous space for parking of cars. The house accommodates 4 bedrooms with double bed (possible to separate the beds). A sleeping loft with "sofa bed", two bathrooms bathrooms and a sauna sauna. In the living room you will find modern kitchen, fully set up and dining for 10 persons. In the room there is also an open fireplace for the dark and cold days.

Very simply decorated but functional apartment with generous surfaces and a good location close to most things. Only 4 km from Åre village, 2 km from VM8:an – Åre's most popular ski slope, and 2 km from Tegelfjäll/Duved's ski area. The bus stops right outside the house, making it easy to get to both the ski slopes and the village. Timetables are available on Länstrafiken's website. Ideal for those looking for a practical accommodation with proximity to nature and activities.
