Everything was amazing. Really loved the details like having an espresso machine , Netflix and air freshener this small details matters. I really loved staying in this apartment. Really recommend the apartment for sure!

The apartment is truly well located : a casual 4 min walk to the Metro Station (Line 7 – Le Kremlin-Bicêtre), or a 12 min walk to the Metro Station (Line 14 – Hopital Bicêtre). or, a 3 min stroll to Bus Route 47. It’s off the main road and in a quiet locality. Close proximity to provisions stores, restaurants, boulangerie etc. Plenty of options within walking distance. By Paris standards, quite spacious, very clean, comfortable and cosy. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. Other amenities such as washing machine, drier, iron and ironing table are all available too. However, it would have been good to have a cupboard to put away clothes, all had to be stacked on the chests of drawers in the bedroom. The most fascinating part of the apartment is that it’s a painter’s house! There are more than 60 paintings that adorn the walls of the house and impart a special charm to it.

Fabiens Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, die perfekt für ein Wochenende in Paris ist. Man gelangt bequem per Bus und RER oder Metro in die Innenstadt und kann am Abend dem Trubel entfliehen. Die Umgebung fühlt sich zudem sehr sicher an. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Alles was man gebrauchen könnte, war vorhanden. Check-In und Check-Out waren flexibel und problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine tolle Lage und Wohnung, auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Riad est un hôte vraiment très accueillant, il a pleins d’attentions qui sont super comme le petit dej ou la brosse à dent ou les pantoufles sans parler des bonbons préférés de sa maman. Franchement c’est personne très agréable et remplit de gentillesse. Le RER B est à 2 min à pied. Si je peux dire un défaut : l’isolation est pas top on entend le craquement du plancher à chaque pas du voisin au dessus.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

My mother and I came to stay as part of her 67th birthday celebration. Things were hectic on my end but even with sparse and last minute communication from me as I arranged other matters, Elody was super responsive and easy to work with. lovely space. Thank you so much!

Well located and close to RER B and métro line M14 (Hôpital Bicetre). Within walking distance to restaurants and eateries as well as pharmacies and supermarkets. Room was spacious and good for two people.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie! Dom przepiękny, przestronny, świetnie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony. Luksusowe łazienki, wygodne łóżka i kuchnia idealna do przygotowywania śniadań i kolacji. Do tego piękny ogród – idealne miejsce na relaks. Świetna przestrzeń do wspólnego spędzania czasu: bilard, piłkarzyki, dużo miejsca dla dzieci i dorosłych. Tarik to fantastyczny gospodarz – serdeczny, pomocny i bardzo zaangażowany. Na powitanie czekał na nas kosz owoców, soki, woda i pyszne słodkie bułeczki – piękny gest. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Z całego serca polecamy ten dom – jeśli wrócimy do Paryża, to tylko tutaj!

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Christian was very helpful hospitable and responsive. Place was very comfortable , everything at our disposal. Don’t like the stairs, however it is what it is. Love the idea of the shades that can block out light, so we slept well. kitchen had all the amenities so we were able to prepare our meals.the privacy and the quiet neighborhood great. Close to the train station, could walk up to 1am inthe morning, felt safe.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Martine. Le logement est agréable, très bien aménagé et parfaitement conforme à la description. L’accès à Paris est très facile grâce à l’arrêt de bus situé juste devant la maison, qui mène directement à la gare de Chelles pour prendre le RER E. Martine est une hôte agréable, discrète, humaine et à l’écoute. Elle m’a très bien accueilli. Je recommande vivement son logement !

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
