My coziness

Large house with swimming pool, gourmet area, 600 meters from Lagoa de Araruama. 3 km from the Bus Station. Great for relaxing and enjoying with family. There are 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, two have air-conditioning, a large living room, with a balcony surrounded by Blindex, a foosball table for the enjoyment of children and adults. In addition to the barbecue, oven and wood stove, and a beautiful garden around the house. There are two houses, one downstairs and one upstairs. The houses are independent.

The street is on the corner of the cultural boardwalk, where the pier is located and the ferry leaves for the center of Araruama, where the bus station is. Very close to the playground for the kids to play and close to bars, restaurants, gym, pharmacy, liquor stores, and the GG shopping mall... all within walking distance... let your car rest!!!
