Beachfront holiday rental in Araruama

I'll start by saying that the photos are misleading. In person, the house is 10x better. I regretted not staying longer. Clean, organized house, all necessary utensils available. The house is very well managed by Eliane. I'll be back for sure. Maria is to be congratulated on the house.

Very well equipped, clean and beautiful. Spectacular view. The building is always in perfect condition. The receptionists are all very friendly and decisive. The location is excellent, 5/10 minutes from the center on foot and 5 minutes on foot from Praia dos Ossos and Azeda, 10 minutes on foot from Joao Fernández. Very nice area for walking, full of restaurants, markets, pharmacies and bars. We'd definitely come back!

Excellent location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, simply intercom to the entrance.

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

The house and setting are more breathtaking than the photos allow to show. I've been to Buzios several times and this was definitely the best choice.

The stay at Arthur's house was simply FORMIDABLE. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've already stayed in other homes, but the big difference here is Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. Just to understand, cake, jujube to receive and FLOWERS on Mother's Day Sunday.. I cried a lot. Vcs deserve the world of happiness Arthur! Thank you so much for everything. And we've already heard of the wonderful novelty. What is already perfect will be unforgettable. See you next month!!

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

The house is a spectacle. Inside the beach literally. Wonderful place. We rent as a birthday present for my daughter. She loved it. The host was very communicative, the homemade Toquinho was also very kind and helpful. We love everything. We hope to return soon.

What a delightful trip! The house is even better than in the photos! The house is such a great event, a house that looks like a house, you know?! Everything clean, very good structure, equipped kitchen, appliances, white towels, sheets, fans, cutlery, dishes, everything very good! Ana is a very accessible, flexible host, a lovely person, she responds promptly, answered our questions and helped us when needed! High point: beautiful beaches near the house. Praia do Sol is a 6-minute drive, perfect for families. Beautiful beach 14 minutes by car, wonderful too. Negative point: sometimes the bad smell from the lagoon got a little stronger.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I believe we would have less privacy. We spent 5 very pleasant days! Thank you!

The accommodation was amazing, just like the photos, there were 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms inside the apartment, a super spacious living room, a large terrace with its own pool, a covered grill room, a covered laundry room, a very spacious kitchen, and an incredible view of the port where all the excursions leave from Praia Dos Anjos, everything was impeccupent

Alessandra is super polite and cordial. The property is beautiful, top staff, privileged location: sea front, right on the sand. We love it and will be back!!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the centre, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as were all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

We loved the apt. Equipped kitchen (I would add a juicer and a strainer). Great view. Friendly and responsive hosts. They have bicycles (a great way to get around the city) We recommend

Apartment with stunning view, great location. The impeccable accommodation, all very clean, had everything to use and very brm careful, I felt at home. Very comfortable. I love it, I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back more often.

I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

My stay at Max's house was great, my family and I liked it a lot, the house was very comfortable, a well-ventilated house, I recommend it, it just wasn't better because the weather didn't help us, Max was very kind to let us check out later, thank you.

The view of the house is spectacular, it feels like a dream to wake up, open the curtains of the room and come across the sea view. The house is well equipped with several utensils in the kitchen. The bed was comfy and the bathrooms, although small, were very beautiful. Access to the site is complicated, but well worth it. The host is extremely helpful and easy to contact. I can't wait to get back.
