Large, airy and bright apartment, located in the Itaúna reserve, a few meters from the beach. It is located in a small, very wooded condominium with only 8 units. The condominium has a small pool and a barbecue (availability upon request). We have a ceiling fan in the bedrooms and living room. One of the rooms has air conditioning and is very cool, the windows have shutters, which allows air circulation. Five minutes by car from downtown Itaúna. You'll love it!
