Family-friendly holiday rentals in Arâches-la-Frasse

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Olivier. Disponible, accueillant, plein de bons conseils sur les activités à faire dans le secteur. Voiture recommandée, à quelques kilomètres de St Gervais. Le logement est agréable, fonctionnel, correspond à la description. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et la vue, splendide !

Sebastien a réagi rapidement à nos messages, la communication était facile, pas compliquée et sympatique, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Le chalet était tel que décrit, propre, très, très bien équipé (mieux que décrit), la vue magnifique, et le sauna et jakuzi super. En somme, de belles vacances pour nous.

Un lieu magique pour se déconnecter du quotidien et passer de bons moments en famille, tous seuls dans la nature, face à la montagne. Merci à Stéphane pour toutes ses petites attentions pour qu’on puisse se sentir comme à la maison. Le logement est très agréable, décoré avec soin et la literie est d’excellente qualité. Le jaccuzi est incroyable. Nous n’avions pas envie de repartir, nous recommandons à 100%.

The chalet was 100% perfect. Ideal location a short walk (5mins max) from two of the main lifts. Also very spacious. The highlight however was Sue’s hospitality. I’ve used Airbnb for years and years and never had the pleasure of meeting a host as generous with their time and attention as Sue was. A really brilliant Airbnb and therefore excellent holiday.

Philippe a été très accueillant, très sympathique et réactif, de bon conseil et prévenant, et nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec notre fils de 15 mois (le logement s’y prête !) dans ce joli petit mazot ! Les environs sont magnifiques, de belles randos et tout un tas de stations à proximité ! À refaire avec plaisir :)

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans ce petit chalet avec des hôtes très accueillants, flexibles et avec de bonnes adresses. Le logement est très bien je recommande fortement !

4 giorni di relax immersi nella natura. Il soggiorno è stato magnifico. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, dalla fornitura della cucina e del barbecue ad una sauna interna e una vasca idromassaggio esterna. Gib è stato il perfetto padrone di casa. Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni dettagliate per il nostro arrivo allo chalet e sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande. Tutto è stato assolutamente impeccabile. Super consigliato!

I had the most beautiful stay at Grace Studio in Switzerland. The accommodation was absolutely stunning — every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a perfect blend of comfort and style. Un endroit charmant, entouré de verdure et de vaches, idéal pour se ressourcer. Isabelle, notre hôtesse, est une personne tout à fait accueillante et souriante, qui a su bien nous renseigner. Le seul petit inconvénient de notre séjour a été l'absence de lumière extérieure pour profiter de la terrasse le soir, ou peut-être ne l'avons-nous pas trouvée. Quoi qu'il en soit, cela n’a pas gâché notre très agréable week-end.

Vincent’s chalet is very special - it’s located close to the main house, but very private. There are great hiking trails right in the back yard. The view of the Alps from the backyard is more than enough to enjoy every morning and evening. Architecturally, the chalet is noteworthy - the renovation was executed flawlessly, keeping many original details. At night, you can hear the babbling stream in the backyard. It’s removed, but only 15 mins from Chamonix. We were thrilled with our stay and would love to return sometime.

Très bon séjour chez Roberta, grand jardin pour les chiens avec accès direct au lac. Logement cosy, on s’y sent presque comme à la maison. Roberta très sympathique et très disponible si besoin. La proximité avec le centre d’Annecy est un grand + Je recommande !

Un joli logement pour un weekend de ski de randonnée entre amis . Magnifique vue , centre à proximité, navette pas loin. Nathalie est une hôte très à l'écoute.

We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic apartment. It’s a great space for one or two guests and although small, it doesn’t feel like it. The sunny balcony with the beautiful view was a lovely spot to relax after a busy ski day.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Laetitia, bien agencé et très bien équipé nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ados et la surface était suffisante. l'emplacement était au top et au calme avec place de parking et les commerces a proximité. nous reviendrons certainement.

Emplacement idéal centre village Combloux. Toutes commodités à proximité et à pieds. Très bon accueil par Jean-Paul. Grande propreté du logement, beau jardin et espace détente, tranquillité et superbe vue. Merci Jean-Paul pour votre sympathie !

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans ce chalet. Le paysage est tout simplement à couper le souffle, idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de la nature. Le chalet était impeccablement propre, très cosy et parfaitement équipé pour répondre à tous nos besoins. Fabienne est adorable, toujours disponible et très accueillante. Un véritable havre de paix dans lequel nous espérons revenir très vite! Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour tous ceux qui cherchent à s’évader et vivre une belle expérience pour ces vacances. Encore merci!

What a beautiful stay at Chalet Petit Brio. From the helpful check in to fantastic chalet and facilities, everything was spot on. I would recommend having a car to make it easy to get around although we didn’t try the local buses. We will definitely be back!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marc absolument charmant et avons passé un excellent séjour malgré une météo mitigée. Mais il y a beaucoup d'endroits à visiter donc pas de soucis 🙃. Nous recommandons sincèrement le chalet de Marc 🌟

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Great stay in Les Praz. Super short walk to the Flegere lift. The apartment was as described. Fabien was super responsive and proactive and the perfect host. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit, mais c’était parfait. Christelle a été très réactive et notre arrivée malgré le fait qu’elle soit tardive c’est parfaitement déroulé.

Un séjour inoubliable! Environnement magnifique et reposant. Ce chalet est le plus beau de tous ceux que nous avons vu dans la région. Propreté impeccable, équipement complet, déco très joli, très fonctionnel, très spacieux. Les chambres sont grandes avec salle de bain et balcon. Le jardin et la terasse ont conquis tout les invités, sans vis à vis, grand barbacue, mobilier de jardin, grand jacuzzi, des grandes baies vitrée, tout est bien pensé, beau et bien agencé. L accueil est parfait et bienveillant. La piscine intérieur, à l image du reste, était la cerise sur le gâteau! Hâte de revenir pour une autre occasion, merci beaucoup!

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.

Very centrally located and surprisingly spacious apartment. Groceries, shops, bars and restaurants just outside the block. Clever layout and surprisingly spacious. Facilities great. Car parking good access. Ian gave good tips re ski rental, ski areas and restaurants. Would rent again.
