In a very quiet area, set back from the main road and with no neighbours opposite. The leisure centre and the Aquacîme swimming pool are easily accessible on foot. Since December 2025, the shuttle service has been improved, and even outside of school holidays, many shuttles serve the chalet.

"Mi Neige", a lovely new gîte, completed in December 2023, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation and 4 carraz in Carroz, on the ground floor of our family chalet, in a bucolic setting, at the start of many hiking trails, at 1000 meters above sea level in Carroz d'Arâches, 2 km from the center of Carroz and the first ski lifts. Its 265 km of slopes (Grand Massif area) connecting 4 resorts (Samoëns, Morillon, Flaine and Les Carroz) will delight young and old.

Located at the entrance to Flaine Forest at 1700 meters above sea level. Parking outside the station (Paid in winter), 1.5 hours free to drop off suitcases in front of the apartment. Shops, restaurants, ski lifts and ski school 700 m walk away! Shuttle stop with a pass every 15 minutes in front of the building (In season).

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an authentic Savoyard farm built in the early 19th century. Located 300 m from the center and its shops and 500 m from Aquacime.
