Come and enjoy our charming renovated ground-floor accommodation in a chalet with only two apartments, located in Le Lays, a stone's throw from the ski, and 1 km from the centre of the village of Les Carroz d'Arâches. In a very quiet area, set back from the main road and with no neighbours opposite. The leisure centre and the Aquacîme swimming pool are easily accessible on foot. Since December 2025, the shuttle service has been improved, and even outside of school holidays, many shuttles serve the chalet.

Shops, restaurants, ski lifts and ski school 700 m walk away! Shuttle stop with a pass every 15 minutes in front of the building (In season).
