A fantastic week spent at Otters Den. Max is a great host, the house is absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean & everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pool , games room & petting area is a fantastic addition & kept my family entertained for the week. We didn’t venture out much as we wanted to have a relaxing week but the walks we did go on where beautiful. Max & his family are such kind hosts with the little extra touches, late check out on Easter Sunday, an egg hunt for the kids with chocolate eggs being delivered to our door, supplying us with fresh eggs & topped us up with fire wood when needed ! Communication was great, Max always replied to us within the hour. I would highly recommend Otters Den

If I had an issue or question the phone numbers provided were very responsive. Lovely house. Big and spacious. Great views from ours. Nice warm temperature inside. The hot tub might not be hot on the first day of book in though.

place was as described, access was a little tight, which is the only slight negative. Owners were brilliant, could not rate then high enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them. pool was warmish even though cool and windy outside, lovely and clean. I had use of the electric charger overnight to charge car up for journey home, cost was very reasonable. Was a great base for Saunton sands, Woolacombe and Croyde. 5 out of 5 for this place, 12 outfit 10 for the owners

A lovely lodge in a small holiday park, the pool was an added bonus (outside and unheated but nice for a quick dip!)

Awesome location and great country walks. Fantastic to have a swim and sauna after a brilliant country walk from the property. Very peaceful and quiet.

Katherine and Tino’s place was just like the pictures but better. It had lots of little extras like children’s toys, books, high chair and cot making travelling with (slightly!) less clutter so much more helpful. They responded to all questions before and during the stay super quickly. The pool on site was an added bonus and booking system easy to use. Although there were quite a few houses, it seemed very quiet and private when we were there.

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

The place was absolutely lovely, clean, bright and cosy! Everything we needed was there, the bed was comfy and I had such a good nights sleep. The shower was lovely! Next time I head to Devon to see my family, I most certainly will be booking again. The hosts were very responsive and checked to make sure I had checked in ok and to see if everything was ok. Had no trouble parking. The hosts left a packet of biscuits on the table for us, which happened to be my favourite biscuits so enjoyed them dunked in my morning cuppa whilst looking at the stunning view! Very much appreciated and added to our lovely stay.

Well what can I say. Holly & Oliver are absolutely brilliant. Very kind and got back to me messages quickly. The house was absolutely spotless. probably the cleanest Air b&b ive stayed in. The house had absolutely everything you needed. And also very sweet gift in the fridge. We will be staying again, and have recommended the place to family and friends 🧡

We had a fabulous half-term week at Snookers. Very spacious, clean and tidy - perfect for our family of five. Sarah was very helpful and informative - responding within minutes! Location was ideal as a short walk to the quay and town where there are plenty of pubs and restaurants, booking recommended. Our favourites were The Beaver Inn and Flames. There is also a ferry service to Instow which was great fun and the food at The Instow Arms was amazing. Appledore was a lovely little coastal village from which to explore North Devon. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the cosy cottage. The first hours unfortunately were quite cold, because the house wasn’t heated when we arrived. But we escaped into the warm jacuzzi :) When the house was warmed up it was perfect. The surroundings are beautiful, you can do great walks in and around Lee. We totally recommend it!

We had a fantastic few days. Enjoyed everything about this stay. Fantastic location, peaceful, great amenities and Mellinda was so helpful if we needed any questions answered. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay at the Hayloft and enjoyed several amazing meals out at places Lucy recommended. We loved the outdoor bath and spending time relaxing in the deck chairs on the little terrace. This area was also perfect for drying our wetsuits after surfing at Westward Ho! With Westward Waves surf school! The wet room bathroom was fab and there was plenty of room and storage in the house. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend to our friends!

It was a beautiful sunny weekend in Devon when we stayed which always helps! It's a narrow road for car access, but easy to drop off your bags and park in a nearby road or in the village car park. The house is cozy and beds are comfortable with smart TVs in the front room and bedrooms. As mentioned in the description the stairs are steep but not an issue for anyone in our family. A couple of the windows didn't fully close, but not a problem as we all sleep with them slightly ajar anyway. Everything works well in the kitchen and bathrooms, there was a washing machine and dryer in a room off the kitchen, useful for damp towels. All in all would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Holly Hayes house is just wonderful. It was so lovely and clean. The bifold doors onto the patio were amazing. The bed and sheets so comfy. BBQ in the garden. If you want to use log burner remember to bring own logs, kindling and fire lighters as not provided. The location was fabulous, all on the flat the beach. Fantastic deli, ferry across to Appledore and pubs. All absolutely perfect, we didn’t want to leave!!!!

One word … lush!! What a beautiful spot, it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, yet still so close to lovely beaches, scenic walks, and plenty of things to do. I could have happily moved into the cottage, it was absolutely perfect. We were welcomed with thoughtful gifts of fresh bread, eggs and cake, which was such a lovely touch. I’m going to miss sipping my wine on the sun trap terrace listening to the sheep. Would love to book to visit again soon.

Fabulous stay at Sharon’s place..home from home, everything you could possibly need in the most beautiful setting. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, lovely shower, comfy sofa..just perfect. And what a lovely view from the hot tub, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks Sharon for lending us and our Labrador your beautiful home x

A fantastic find, great location. Easy walk to the beach, very close to coffee shops, pub and restaurants. Beautiful long sandy beach. The house was perfect for us and our dog. Simon was very helpful and quick to respond.

Lovely comfortable cosy cottage, the bed was very comfortable, we were not waking up until 9.30 - 10am every day! The local pub is great, food was fantastic, and it’s great they allow you to use their car park. The location is very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Beautiful views, nice walk down to the beach, restaurants and a range of things by the beach. House was clean and perfect for a trip away for 8 of us.

Such a lovely place for us to stay !! Had everything you could possibly need, was incredibly comfortable and clean. The restaurants nearby were delicious and everything we needed was close. Kate was a lovely host and always quick at responding ! Thank you so much, will definitely be coming again !!

Lynsey’s place was perfect for me and my family. Both bo blue and the coach house were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of parking and a short walk into bideford town. Lynsey was the perfect host who helped us a lot with recommendations and speedy replies with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved Deb’s Place! I stayed with my 3 kids and had a fantastic time. The caravan was spotless and we felt right at home. Lots of local information was given to us which definitely helped us with our stay. Brian was incredibly helpful and responsive with any questions I had prior and on arrival. The caravan is in a quiet peaceful area but only a 5 min walk to the beach and all the amenities so once we arrived we didn’t have to drive anywhere which is always a bonus with 3 kids! Can’t wait to stay again!
