Sophielund is a very large, unique and beautiful country estate, a real home located in scenic, quiet surroundings with the forest as a neighbour and close to the Gudenå river. You can walk, hike, run and bike (mountain bike ) and swim. Train station 1 km . Shopping 800 m. Located between Viborg, Aarhus, Silkeborg and Randers. Perfect for a large family or a smaller group (max 8) with space for socialising and activities. Charging of electric cars on Østergade or by the local Brugs - approx. 700 metres from the property.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We offer a cozy house, originally from 1890, which we have renovated with a gentle hand. We have a nice, functional and fully equipped kitchen. Play one of our many board games or enjoy our cozy garden. The house is located in a small village, but close to a larger city, Kjellerup (4.3 km), with some shopping opportunities. The house is centrally located in Jutland, close to the beautiful towns of Viborg (20 km), Silkeborg (20 km), Aarhus (52 km), Billund (80 km).

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

The lovely bathing water also invites you to a trip on the cottage's SUP boards. Enjoy your morning coffee in the shelter and the sunset over the lake under the covered terrace with built-in fireplace.
