Erdem’s place was great. Close to the beach and just outside the center of town made for a great relaxing vacation. Erdem is very nice and was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with anything that arose. Would definitely come back!

A very charming house with breathtaking views over two bays of Symi island. It's located in the upppermost part of Chorio village and thus, more quiet and local than the more touristic areas closer to the harbour. We loved our daily walk through the village to pick up bread at the bakery or have a drink at a café. You should be used to walking in hilly areas, though, as the path is quite steep at some points.

Although we arrived before the check-in time, Mr. Bülent was very helpful and delivered our room. The location of the house is really great; it was very pleasant in terms of the view, proximity to restaurants and the center. I can say that the house was the cleanest place I have ever seen in my vacation experiences. All the details thought out in the house make you feel like you're getting a professional service. We would prefer this place again when we come back to Datca.

The house and garden were huge. It was incredibly enjoyable to sit in the garden The pool was empty as if we had been assigned to us and enjoyed being able to use it as we wanted. There was so much more than we needed in the house. Everything was thought out. It was no different than a living house. Host was friendly and understanding. He was so warm to us. It was definitely a place we would go and stay again. I recommend it.

Villa Annika is a great little apartment and ideally placed for what most people want to do in Symi. It does not have much outside space but it enables visitors to enjoy a true Aegean gem's peaceful atmosphere and beeches. Gianni responds quickly to requests and questions and keeps the accommodation in good condition

Tuncay Bey's house, where we were guests as a family, was very good in terms of location and had a sea view, the balconies were very pleasant. Mr. Cuncay met us and met our questions. There was nothing missing in the house, especially in the summer, it was a great addition for us to drink ice-cold water from the water dispenser, so thank you. The beds were clean and tidy. The beds were centrally located and within 10 minutes of walking distance. I would like to reach the bays where we will go to the bays comfortably by car. It was a separate elegance that Mr. Civay rides to us when he left. Thank you for everything, I would definitely recommend you to have a beautiful holiday in Datca.

I have been coming to Datca for 5-6 years, my home experience has been here a lot. It was really clean and everything was new. I did not have any problems. Very close to the center and the sea in terms of location. Mr. Eren was also very friendly and caring. Thank you for everything.

Exceptionally clean accommodation and very available host and responsive attention anyway because access can be very difficult on foot with young children (stroller) because many very steep stairs.

The location of the house is very nice. As in the pictures. Easy to reach. 15 min to Bozburun, 30 min to Selimiye. 8 people can stay comfortably.

On behalf of all of us, our stay at Villa Greenheart for the wedding was beyond amazing! I had many concerns as we were a party of 10, but Greenheart is fully equipped, and the property is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. After the wedding ceremony, a few more friends and family joined us at the property. It started with a sunset cocktail by the pool, where we enjoyed the DJ’s eclectic music while the sky put on a breathtaking show. Then, we moved into the beautiful garden for a magical dinner! The night ended with an epic party, filled with dancing and celebrating under the stars—just perfect! Nicolas, our host, was fantastic and made sure everything was just right. He also shared some amazing local spots in Rhodes that unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, but we’ll definitely be back to discover them. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for a special occasion, Villa Greenheart is it!

What an amazing villa, a group of 10 of us stayed here for 5 nights. We had an amazing time, the villa is very spacious with a wonderful pool and outside area. All the rooms are very comfortable with A/C throughout. Despina gave us local recommendations and helped us with taxi organisation which for a group of 10 was very helpful. It’s only a 10 minute taxi to the old town and there is plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We would 100% recommend Despina’s Villa

From the pictures, this place looks amazing. But it is nothing compared to how beautiful this place is in real life! Martin and Zuzana are fantastic hosts and could not have been more friendly or useful - nothing was too much trouble. The villa (mansion!) is fully equipped with everything we needed and the amenities were perfect for our large family group. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

We stayed in Alas Private Pool Suite IV for 7 nights. Our stay was great. The pool and Villa is beautiful. It is a 10 minute drive from Rhodes Old Town and the taxis were about €15. Gregory our host, organised a transfer from the airport for us and helped us with sorting out taxis. He was very responsive and there to help with anything we needed, including recommending a boat trip and even taking us to the nearest shop when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone staying in Rhodes.

A very spacious, convenient house. Very clean. Has 2 spacious gardens. The location of the house is very good, airy, with sea views. We went as 3 families. We settled in very comfortably and felt comfortable because there were 5 bedrooms and a toilet and bathroom in each room. Hosts are very interested.

We loved this stay. It was in a quiet location. There were several good restaurants a short distance away. Everything matched the pictures. The swimming pool is very clean and wonderful to cool off. The owners are very nice and can give plenty of tips. There was also a delicious lunch and snacks. The cat Leo came by every day. Because the house is made of stone, it remained wonderfully cool inside despite 25-30 degrees outside. You do need a car to get around easily. We can recommend this stay to everyone! Who knows, we might come back.

Just finished a 3 night stay as a group of 5 friends (~35), we loved the house and the location! The pool was incredible! Also, Yiannis the housekeeper was such a great host, proactive communication, very helpful showing us around and a true gentleman and pleasure to meet! Highly recommend this house

No words can begin to explain how stunning this villa is!! We had the most amazing time celebrating my best friends hen do - the location is beautiful! The staff who checked us in were so friendly and even very kindly drove us to the shops to get some food supplies when we arrived as it was late and too far to walk in the dark. Valia always replied to my messages quickly and gave us lots of recommendations. Its a good driving distance away from everywhere you would want to go and explore and the taxi prices are so good the company they recommend to us were amazing they arrived on time every day and were so friendly! I would 100% love to stay here again and would recommend it to everyone! It is honestly the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed!

Super nice hosts! We felt very comfortable. The supermarket 2 minutes around the corner is especially practical. The beach with nice restaurants is also immediately accessible. Thank you for everything!

Dilek is a very good host,very responsible, polite,always ready to answer any question and give useful instructions. The house is very cosy and comfortable, there is all necessary utilities including detergents,hygienic and basic cooking stuff. You will find all you need for a short or even a long stay. The views over the valley and sunsets are just great. Some points to take in mind: -the road towards the house is a bit complicated, rather narrow and hilly, if you are not a very good driver you should be really careful, especially on a car with small tires. (but nevertheless the views from the terrace definitely worth all the efforts!) -the house is divided into two parts with separate entrances bedrooms are located in different parts and on different floors, it is not very convenient for families with small children. -bedrooms are really very cosy and romantic, however the matrasses are not really good and comfy. But nevertheless the house is absolutely very good and recommended!

Amazing and very friendly Host!

We were a group of 6 friends and had a wonderful stay at Pandelis! The house is amazing and super clean! We would love to stay even longer because this place has everything you need to enjoy the lovely greek weather! Great host, great communication and it was a pleasure to meet him at his Bar „The Union“ in Rodos. Total recomandation! 10/10 Thank you Pandelis! Your friends from Vienna☺️

Ms. Ayşenur was a great host. The house was spotless , the kitchen had everything you could need and was very tidy. The garden was extremely well maintained , the garden furniture was sufficient. The pool was comfortable and adequate with very well maintained pool furniture. We had a quiet , calm , peaceful house , a very nice holiday as a family. We made plans to come back as soon as we can ☺️🙏
