New 2 years old building with 4 apartments in total. We welcome our guests in our 2 1+1 apartments on the ground floor. Duplex apartments on the upper floors are not rented There is a double bed in the bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room. Both rooms have air conditioners. The apartments are located in the center of Datça, in a spacious and very quiet area. It is 7-8 minutes on foot to the sandy and under-hospital beaches. It is 500 meters away from Datça Bus Station.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 double beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The two single beds are in the living room area and the double bed is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

Our house is on the 1st floor in a very close and quiet area of Datça. It has 2 spacious balconies. Our house, which consists of 2 bedrooms and an open kitchen hall, has furniture designed for the comfort of our guests. Air conditioning is available in all our rooms. 100 meters to the sea, 250 meters to the bazaar. All items ready for daily use are available in the house, you just need to bring your luggage.
