“Ymos” Symi Village Residences

Ymos is a traditional house built in the 18th century and located in the heart of Sými island in "chorio". It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We aim to provide a memorable stay for all of our guests and a warm welcome.

Little Blue in Chorio, Symi

This unique place has a style all its own. Lovely one bedroom house in the windmill district of Chorio not far from both Pedi bay and the harbor with easy access to the village. Peaceful open views of Pedi valley and the mountains. The location is easily accessed by bus and taxi. Little Blue as the house is known, has a living/dining area and kitchen upstairs and a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom downstairs. There are two daybeds in the living room for additional sleeping areas.

It is also possible to reach Mandalya and Kargı Bay and Taşlık Beach in the center in 2-3 minutes by car. The wooden products in the house are our own design and completely handmade. This pet-friendly house has a private garden area. You can prepare pleasant meals in the garden, lie on the cushions and watch the stars, and enjoy the unique mountain view.

Tarihi dokusunu koruyan bu taş ev, Eski Datça’nın canlı atmosferine sadece birkaç adım mesafede olmasına rağmen, huzurlu ve sessiz bir bahçenin içinde yer alıyor. Ev, geleneksel taş mimariyle inşa edilmiş olup sade ve doğal dekorasyonu ile sıcak bir atmosfer sunuyor. Ana yapıya ek olarak, bahçe içinde yer alan bir müştemilat da bulunuyor; bu alan ister çalışma ister misafir konaklaması için kullanılabilir. Ayrıca evin içinde gün ışığıyla dolan hoş bir kış bahçesi de mevcut.

A Village House with Private Pool&Garden in Datça

Eski Datça'nın taş sokaklarındaki minik evimiz ve küçük havuzlu bahçesi sizleri kalabalığın içindeki bir gizli cennet gibi huzura kavuşturacak. Kışın şöminede ateş, yazın havuza cup, bahçede yemek... Sıcak soğuk klima, sıcak su, ütü, fırın, bebek yatağı her şeyi tam yapmaya çalıştık. Internet yok. Dışarıda ateş yakmak hiç bir koşulda mümkün değil. Havuz haziran ayında açılır, Eylül sonunda kapanır.

Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room with a sofa bed which is also the dining room and kitchen. In that area is also the bathroom. Next room, is the master bedroom. The gem of the house is the shaded balcony with an amazing view.

Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors. Ιf you are four people or less, you may b rend one of the two floors. Milias House is right on the sea, in front of, literally on the beach.
