Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Annecy

Very cozy house equipped with all comforts. We stayed with our 2 boys of 4 years old and they enjoyed the many toys present. The house is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The warm wood stove provided a delight after a day of playing in the snow. Good location close to bakery and supermarkets and good base for nearby ski resorts. Highly recommended!

family weekend at the top. the house is large and well laid out. we were not able to enjoy the outdoors because of the weather but the terrace seems perfect for the beautiful season. the house is ideally located to go to the city, the countryside/mountain, and do activities. Thanks again to Guillaume for the preparation of the accommodation upon our arrival, the proposals for outings, his availability and his kindness.

Very spacious house, a real labyrinth, we were 16 adults+7 children from 18 months to 8 years old, there was room for all this little world. Weather not at the appointment because snow on Saturday mornings, the children were able to make a snowman in the garden!!! to our great regret we were not able to enjoy the outdoors yet well appointed. We had brought board games, there are also some available at home, and occupied our 2 days well, on Saturday night rugby lovers were able to enjoy the France Scotland match on an XXL screen. We appreciated Frédéric's welcome and availability, late check-in than expected and late check-out. We will probably come back but later in the season to enjoy the lake.

Beautiful little accommodation, on the hillside, located at the birth of the Alps, a magnificent view of the mountain range and even Mont Blanc in good weather. Half an hour from Annecy or Geneva, an hour and a half from the beautiful ski resorts, ideally located. The accommodation is functional, well equipped, clean and easily accessible, with a private space to park in the shelter in front of the door. Our hosts welcomed us with a smile and good advice, then were of absolute discretion throughout our stay, despite the shared ownership between the accommodation and their house. Very good stay for three (two adults and a teenager) full of beautiful memories. Great value:price; We recommend.

We had a great time at Mathias's place. The space is warm and close to everything. We love this area to the point of wanting to live there.

Excellent stay at Jérôme's, warm house and as described with these two beautiful bedrooms and its large office. Reading and some games. We were there to go to the great park of Andilly a 15 minute drive away it was perfect

Having not taken a vacation in a very long time, I was very happy to spend these few days on Annick's property! Small corner of greenery on the edge of the Fier, which made my teenagers happy, tennis court, large impeccable studio and above all, an extremely warm welcome! Recommended Would love to come back!

Very nice services for this small apartment, full of charm and small touches. We had a short but very pleasant stay there, and the proximity to the ski resorts is very convenient. I highly recommend it!

The mountain views from the apartment were amazing. It was a short 10m drive into the town center, restaurants and skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.

Everything was perfect, we had a lovely time. You can't get tired of this view of the lake as well as the calm of the place. Lovers of nature and tranquility, go for it! And cherry on the cake, Deanna and Antoine's sympathy... In short, we recommend 100% 😊

Our stay was short (1 night) and unfortunately we did not have time to fully enjoy Joëlle's little cottage. We can just say that we spent an evening and a night in a real, very cozy and cozy cocoon. This is a great place to stay for a few days at 2 or 4, easy to access because it's quite close around the road. In addition, Joëlle and Didier are very welcoming, attentive and responsive. We highly recommend this host for nature lovers.
