When you open the shutters in the morning and look over the hills, see the sun rise and set... wonderful. A fantastic country house with possibilities to eat for hours under the lights. There is no quick swimming competition in the pool,😉 but it functions for the necessary cooling. The reception was very warm and in the house you will not be short of anything. Thank you for letting us stay in your family home on the hill.

we only stopped for a day .. We immediately felt at ease. Spacious house with everything you need. Very nice outdoor area to enjoy a bit of tranquility and above all well fenced, having 5 dogs. If it happens, we will definitely come back. highly recommended..

The apartment is very spacious, it has more rooms, the kitchen complete with everything you need. There is also a washing machine (I didn't use it). Mattia was very kind and helpful, "self check-in" was very convenient! The apartment is on a residential street, not far from a shopping center.

Such a lovely home with unique touches. Very comfortable for our family of 4. On the edge of town with beautiful surroundings. Easy walkable access to all Assisi has to offer! Host is very helpful and responsive. We would love to come back!

Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was such a relief to have paid parking available on-site, which made everything super convenient. The apartment, the view and the balcony was something out of a postcard, close to everywhere that we wanted to see in the heart of the town. The apartment was very comfortable and very clean and Paola was a sweetheart. We did not want to leave.

Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deckchairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 m away. Restaurants 100m away. Pizzeria that delivers to your door. A great find in Macerata. Close to all services that the city offers, but when you walk in the door you are transported to another world. The noise and bustle disappears as you face a beautiful, pristine valley out to the mountains. It looks exactly like the pictures. Strongly Recommended!

Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

We had a lovely stay at Alessandro's property and felt welcome from the very beginning. The BnB has stunning views around the whole property and I can absolutely recommend to book this apartment. It is well equipped with everything you need.

Manuela’s apartment was amazing. Lots of space. As like many others have previously mentioned the outdoor patio was absolutely breathtaking. We spent several hours in the afternoons out there on the comfy chaise loungers sitting in the sun and then watching the sunsets. Manuela met us and personally took us to the apartment and explained everything to us. She was flexible in the check in and out. Manuela left us a beautiful bottle of wine and chips, which was very much appreciated. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Parking was close by. Spello is an amazing town to visit and surrounding villages as well.

We stayed a week in this apartment and had a very good time. The accommodation overlooks the seafront, the free beach is a stone's throw away but there are also several bathrooms with deck chairs and umbrellas. We stayed in September and there was always free parking along the street right in front of the entrance. The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything and we were also provided with detergent to use the washing machine. As a welcome we also found a bottle of local white wine, very welcome. The apartment is within walking distance of the center with lots of places to eat and a 5-minute drive to a large supermarket, very convenient! A big plus is the pastry bar right under the house, we always had breakfast there, even with a small discount thanks to Milo! Milo was present but not intrusive and super helpful! In short, perfect. If we return to the area, we will definitely contact him again!
