Holiday rentals with beach access in Ancona

We were happy with the spacious apartment. The second bedroom is also a living room. You can see that in the photos, but we hadn't realised that. Falconara itself was a bit disappointing, but Ancona and Senigallia were very nice to visit. Maria Rosaria is very friendly and communicative, even though she was not there herself. That was no problem at all because she always responds quickly.

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Alice was very helpful, efficient and friendly. She sorted a wifi problem quickly.

The apartment is very spacious, tidy, clean and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are impeccable and spacious. It has everything! The location is very good, it's facing the sea, the view is beautiful. The train that crosses the city passes behind and is somewhat noisy, but tolerable. At night you can go for a walk and enjoy the restaurants that are on the beach, everything is close.

Our stay at Liliana's was excellent, everything was last minute since we did not plan to stay in Ancona and she was super nice to us, she offered to pick us up and also take us to see the nearby city. At all times she was predisposed to our needs and to make our stay as comfortable as possible and yes, she did it! As for the location, it is a quiet area away from the city but you can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes on foot. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and as shown in the photos. We had a great time at Gabriel's place. We did not meet Gabriel personally but he was always concerned about our satisfaction. Her bikes were very helpful. The accommodation is a short walk to the beach but a little far from the train station and the historic center of Rimini (25-30 minutes walk). The only downside is the presence of several dogs (locked in the courtyards) who bark at all times. Fortunately the night is quiet.

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We stayed in the Casetta del Vicoletto for 4 nights. The house is comfortable and perfect for two people. The location is excellent and allows you to walk to both trekking routes and the main beaches. Leandro is an attentive and caring host, always available. He gave us advice and directions on what to visit.

We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

We have had the privilege of staying in Dinos apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was very quick to respond to questions. He also offered us to borrow bikes so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would like to come back again.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond when there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our day of departure, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colours, good facilities, cosy. Actually, it is quite close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants have probably taken over the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

The apartment was an excellent choice. Conveniently located, close to the sea and the centre. The accommodation was spotless, dust allergy proof! Well-furnished and well-stocked. For us, who needed to prepare meals for our one-year-old, it was simply perfect. The owners were very kind and helpful, they gave us a lot of good advice about restaurants and the surroundings. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt so comfortable in other places as in this one. Marco is an extremely kind and helpful host. He was always available for any clarification request and is very precise in the information relating to the house, the location is optimal and also the parking is easy to find. In the area, there are shops within walking distance and a beautiful walk along the sea in a very central location. The house is all on one floor and is equipped with a very nice equipped terrace which is accessed via a spiral staircase, really delightful! I highly recommend it!
