This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hang and lay. WiFi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10.00 per bicycle per day.

Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.
