Boat holiday rentals in Amsterdam-West

We loved our stay here. It was central to everything we wanted to see and do, incredibly walkable, lively and comfortable. The space was exactly as it appeared in the photos, and it was a very unique way to experience Amsterdam and everything it has to offer! If we are back in the city we will certainly be booking again!

We had an amazing stay on the boat! Our group of eight friends found everything clean and well-maintained. The two showers were a big plus, and we loved the common area for hanging out. The Bluetooth speaker was a great touch too!

We stayed several places in the Netherlands and our time with Sandra was everyone’s favorite. The boat is small (like all boats) but our group of 16 was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook our meals and hang out in the dining area. You are the crew—Sandra is a great teacher and host. Great communication and suggestions for a sailing schedule. We loved Enkhuizen the most!

Very nice ship in great location in Leiden! Each cabin has a small bathroom. We really enjoyed the trip.

Wonderful stay with my son on De Steert! Good food also in Marianne's restaurant. The boat is beautiful and cozy and equipped with all the comforts.

the accommodation is as advertised. it's an old barge... with the pros, exotic, unusual, and the cons, be careful with the water... but everything is said in the description so there are no bad surprises. Harold is very welcoming. We arrived by train, he picked us up at the first tram stop, which was a real plus. Access to the centre of Amsterdam is 20 minutes either by tram 26 or bus 37, 10 minutes' walk from the boat. access by bike to friendly fishing villages in 30-45 minutes (very nice ride). In short, very happy with this family stay.

It was amazing!!! What an experience and even if the weather wasn't there, we loved this moment of joy and relaxation as a family. I would highly recommend this unique experience.

Marcel was a great host and was easy to communicate with. The Airbnb was fantastic and provided us with everything we needed.

Nice host, nice space. Bedrooms are of course small. Beds are good. No dishwasher. We didn't mind but good to know. Beautiful berth.

Arjan responds quickly and is nice. The boat is a wonderful place to stay. I had a great sleep. I gave him feedback on something and he took it seriously. Very nice place and I could just come back again.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the boat. Everything was provided and the boat is fantastically equipped. We did miss some (extra) blackout on the boat, because without curtains it was very bright in the morning. ;-)

Atypical place and perfect for large groups. Responsive host on site if needed. Convenient location, not far from Amsterdam. I would highly recommend it!

Leon was super friendly right from the get-go. We were able to check-in earlier than usual, which was very much appreciated. Leon provided several recommendations for supermarkets, and was very helpful with everything else. We had a lovely time, and would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a calm recluse.

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever booked or stayed at. Gerben and Albert were excellent hosts and were so kind and friendly! The houseboat looked even more extravagant than in the photos which I didn’t think was possible! I would 100% book again and cannot wait to be back in Amsterdam to stay here. Also the location was perfect, within the heart of Amsterdam with so many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.

We were a group of 9 friends and we were very comfortable. Very practical and authentic to the place. We recommend the experience. We had a problem with the heating at first but Renco took care of it and everything was perfect. Thank you very much for everything

This was a fun place to stay. There are 2 transit stops within a 5 minute walk. It was a few minutes walk from the metro station and super easy to find. Koko was responsive and made sure to communicate before check in so it was a breeze.

We spent a few days in this accommodation and had a great time. The property was clean, welcoming and equipped with everything you need. The location is convenient, quiet but close to the main points of interest. Very kind host, helpful and always ready to give us useful advice. An experience that we absolutely recommend, we would gladly come back!

The boat Amalia is unique and well placed for both transport and exploring the wonderful city of Amsterdam. We really enjoyed our unforgettable stay.

Had a great stay! The ship has all the comforts. Despite the fact that the beds look cramped, everyone slept wonderfully and it was very cozy. Next time we hope to have better weather, then we can enjoy the deck more. Thank you Xandra and Marco!
