Located next to the river the Oude Rijn, this house overlooks the river and a number of traditional little Dutch houses across from it. In summer it makes for a terrific spot to swim and lounge in the sun. In winter taking a refreshing plunge in the river after using our Finnish Sauna is highly recommended. Free coffee from fully automatic coffee machine as extra service. The vast majority of the electricity you use is generated sustainably with roof solar panels. the house is air-conditioned.

Charming and light 1930’s family house in Amstelveen, close to Amsterdam. It is a spacious and nice modern house of 150m2 with 4 bedrooms, lots of daylight and equipped with all comforts. Centrally positioned and easily accessible by car, taxi or public transport. The perfect place for a fun holiday with the whole family in this stylish space. Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating.
