It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. The cottage has a cozy living room and open kitchen, where there is underfloor heating. A TV is provided, which can only be used with the Chromecast (is provided). Shower and toilet are provided. Upstairs, there is sleeping accommodation for 3 people. You can also sit on our cozy veranda; nice for breakfast, eating or reading a book. In the garden, there are several cozy corners to sit in. Are you coming by boat? No problem, next to the cottage there is the possibility to dock your boat.

Landelijk gelegen vakantiehuis op 20 fietsminuten van het centrum van Utrecht. Er zijn 2 fietsen aanwezig. Het bosrijke gebied is zeer geschikt om te wandelen en te fietsen, kaarten zijn beschikbaar. Er is een boomgaard en moestuin op het terrein. In de boomgaard staan veel eetbare planten. Kijk en proef als je dat leuk vindt. Als je meer wil weten, dan loop ik graag met je mee.
