Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und eine große Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch und eine kleine Schlafcouch in der Küche, die aber auch ins Schlafzimmer gestellt werden kann. Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

The house is located in the beautiful Southern Palatinate in Hagenbach, right in the border triangle, to Baden and Alsace. It is equipped with three bedrooms, a living room with a beautiful tiled stove and large conservatory, a guest toilet and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a party room with a bar, billiard table and small lounge for social evenings. Outside, there is a sauna at your disposal. The energy cost flat rate for use per day is €20.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks.
