On approx. 90 square meters, we offer a barrier-free/handicapped-friendly apartment with a balcony with partial views over the Kiel Fjord. 2 bedrooms (1x double bed large), 1x with bunk bed (2* 90*200). Optionally, a sofa bed (foldable, width 140 cm) can also be used. The living/dining area with kitchenette is about 34 square meters with large patio doors to the balcony. From here you can hear the waves on the beach, seagulls and the flutter of sails in the wind. It's hardly more maritime.

Vacation home Immenhus Schierensee

The house is located in the middle of Schierensee, an idyllic village with about 400 inhabitants in the Westensee Nature Park. Here you are surrounded by a magnificent landscape, ideally suited for long hikes and bike tours. At the lake there is a swimming area with a great kiosk cafe, which is run with a lot of love and passion. Guests can indulge in culinary delights at Gasthof La Famiglia. A little secluded from the village, there is a large organic farm with a farm shop and cafe.

I offer you a small self-contained apartment on the 3rd floor of my house. On 56 m² there is 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room with dining area, a small bathroom and a sunny loggia. You have free access through the staircase, so you can come and go whenever you want. Shopping and restaurant options are within walking distance. Shopping, drugstore, bakery, ice cream parlor and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, as well as the beach/ferry terminal about a 15-minute walk away! You can reach the bus stop in 2 minutes towards Schilkssee/Strande or directly to the city/main train station. Washing machine and dryer are available in the separate basement.
