The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Hofgut Gurvitz is a district of Rambin, in the quiet southwest of the beautiful island of Rügen. Surrounded by fields right on the edge of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park, far away from main roads, you can enjoy the silence and nature of the island. From the terrace you have a panoramic view of the Strelasund, the Kubitzer Bodden, as well as the Hiddensee lighthouse on the horizon at night. The "Small Chamber" is part of a 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It spans two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, a low living room, and two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately kept simple. Much of the furniture is antique or from earlier decades, preserving the original character of the house. The farm is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
