The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Möglicherweise kommt es während der Sanierungsarbeiten in der Zeit von 7:30 h/8:00 h morgens bis 17:00 nachmittags zu Lärmemissionen. Der Mietpreis wurde für diese Zeit um 25 % reduziert!
