For rent is a holiday apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city centre is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes, you can be on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (approx. 5 minutes' walk to the train station). The nearest food discounter is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel at home in two rooms that were renovated in 2016. There is an opportunity for extra bedding.

Located directly at the Friedensberg spa park, quiet and idyllic. The main beach with dog beach, numerous restaurants and the Treppenbäcker are very close. It is only 150 meters to the children's playground. The EDEKA market is 1.3 km away. Ideal starting point for hikes or bike trips in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve.
