Monthly Rentals in Alte Donau

The apartment was great, as shown in the pictures, the location was very good, you quickly got to downtown and to the sights. Also it was very quiet and a shopping was only 1 minute away. Check-in was easy as it was described very well by Robert, Robert also responded very quickly to questions and had the solution right away, all in all recommended and we would definitely take the apartment again.

Peter place was great!!! Easy check in, location was about 20mins from the famous church. We didn’t mind walking 13 mins to the strain station. Shower was great bed was good 😊. We would definitely recommend Peter’s place!!! Some piece and quiet is what we look for everytime we go on vacation after walking a lot!!!

The host was very friendly and the house was very clean as shown in the pictures. This modern building is in a great location, a shopping mall and U1 are within a 1-minute walk, and it is easy to access from the airport. It has everything you need for a long or short term stay, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, and mailbox. I highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to Vienna.

We spent 5 weeks in the apartment, which really started to feel like home. It had a nice atmosphere. The area is quiet, and we had no problems with the neighbors. Lot of grocery stores around, and major lines of transportations are within walking distance. There is a nice little island not far away, where we usually went for our walk, it is full of rabbits and swans, really nice area. The host was helpful and communicative. Overall, if you want to live in Vienna, it is a great place to stay.
