Apartment holiday rentals in Alte Donau

Andreas is a friendly and excellent host. The apartment is well equipped. It was very clean and as shown or described in the pictures. The apartment is located near the vineyards. There are some wine taverns that you can easily reach on foot. From a nearby bus stop, you have a good connection to Vienna in the city. We felt very comfortable there and spent some nice days. Would immediately book with Andreas again for another stay.

A great place to stay and enjoy the Donau island, as well as the Vienna city center as it is close to U1 station, you can easily and quickly go to the city center by U1. The whole apartment is so clean and cozy, Niva is very friendly and communicates with warmth and clarity. There are many groceries, markets, restaurants, etc., near the apartment. I had a great time in Vienna staying in this lovely house.

Very clean and spacious housing, with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, great view, cosy garden and the metro is nearby. You also have access to free wifi and netflix. The hosts were very receptive and friendly, great communicators! Would come back gladly!

Great stay, clean, quiet, comfy and steps to the metro. Nice neighborhood with ample options for groceries with restaurants nearby. Clemens is a very responsive host.

We were in Peter's great apartment for the second time and felt very comfortable again... The apartment is super equipped and very cozy, especially the beautiful lounge furniture on the balcony... Also the location of the apartment is just great, you are in 5 minutes on foot at the old Danube and in 10 minutes at the U1 to get to the city... The communication with Peter was great, he is very friendly and always responded directly... Thanks for a great stay....

I love the design elements of the apartment, easy access to mass transit, quite response time for Taxis/Uber bookings, and Susanne—who has a wonderful personality, quick response time to messages, and helpful tips!

What a sensational stay we had in Vienna, we chose to walk from Wien Mitte, it took us about 20 minutes, but you could get the public transport or an Uber. The apartment was very easy to find and access, we had a tiny bit of trouble with the door code, however we were given a key for the remainder of our stay to assist us. The location is perfect, right near the river. You are a 10 minute walk from the Underground (Ubahn) which is an excellent service. The apartment has incredible views over Vienna, and is spotlessly clean. With a Billa (shop) around the corner. Travellers beware, as the Billa is very expensive, we would instead recommend the EuroSpar that can be seen from the balcony. We have every intention of returning to this stunning part of the world, and to this apartment in particular. 5 stars, perfect, couldn't recommend enough!

We had a great stay the location is unbelievable right at the center of everything! David was a great host and made sure our check in went smoothly. The unit has a washer/dryer which is super convenient. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is located on the roof of the building, it is very nice and spacious, it has a dining area with a sofa that revolves around the table. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has induction stoves, fresh water flowing, and everything you need to wash and dry your clothes on your own. The apartment is really in front of the station, every morning we went and went back comfortably from the center in 20 minutes. Karl is very kind

Apartment was easy to get to and from, located close to the station, clean and cosy

Access to the tram, bus, or metro is within the same block. It is just a few stops away from Old Town/District 1. And it is only 1 metro stop away from the main station to catch the airport train. There are many grocery stores & bakeries in the area. And there are a number of nice sit down restaurants on a few of the side streets, if you look for them. The busier streets have more of the fast food options.

Great place!

The apartment is located in a quiet and calm neighborhood away from traffic and people. It is a great advantage to have a direct train to the airport from the metro station 300 m away. You can easily go to the center from 2 nearby metro stations. The interior design of the apartment is very functional and sufficient for 2-3 people to stay. If you have a question, Sabine will respond in a very short time. It was a nice 5-day stay for us. I can recommend it for those who are considering accommodation in this region

This accommodation is located on the edge of the new Sonnwendviertel and is super connected with public transport. The Viktor Adler Markt is within walking distance. The roof terrace is great!

Linda is very friendly and helpful. The place is amazing located in the city a few minutes walking from the Metro station, restaurants and shops. The place is very spacious and modern. I highly recommend it.

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Individual accommodation with charm. Well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable, large mattress, large bathtub with bubbly. If you want to watch movies/series or something, it's best to bring an adapter for the computer (HDMI comes out of the wall and is connected to the projector. Within walking distance, there is a bus and tram. (Line two we recommend because it is above ground and you can see so much). Since we arrived very early, we also got permission to plug in earlier, which we found very friendly. Unfortunately, we had problems opening the door, but after the phone call with AirBnB support, this worked out too. Overall a very positive experience. We enjoyed our time in Vienna very much.
